Karlijn Paardekooper is the Managing Partner and Executive Producer of CZAR Amsterdam, an award-winning film & photography production house and agency. With over 16 years of experience in the film industry, and offices all over Europe, Karlijn has had an extensive career travelling all over the world.

Under her leadership, CZAR has produced many global campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. She has been recognized for her successful and enduring relationship with top tier agencies, clients, directors and photographers.
