
GUILHERME MORTENSEN
Guilherme Mortensen is a global senior creative director at Nike. He is a sports junkie with a unique voice that blends multiple cultures, perspectives, and disciplines to create. Gui is well versed in storytelling, brand strategy, brand design and integrated marketing plans. His 20+ years’ experience ranges from working with a few of the most iconic brands in the world (currently 8+ years at Nike; 3 years at Samsung as Head of Marketing for Latin America; 1 year at Wieden+Kennedy SP working with the Coca-Cola brand, and 10 years at Unilever managing Axe, Rexona, Lux, among other brands). A global citizen, Gui has lived and worked in 6 countries so far (Brazil/home country, New Zealand, Thailand, Netherlands, Mexico, USA). As a Brazilian, a few of his most distinctive work at Nike are BRASILEIRAGEM and VESTE A GARRA for the Brazil National Football Team, NEW FAIRIES featuring Rayssa Leal, CASA AIR MAX, VEM JUNTO and all the Corinthians|Nike campaigns in the past 8 years. Last, he considers himself an open-minded and collaborative leader who loves to learn, coach and develop others.
